Unlimited Premium Broadband
A Premium Broadband connection with unlimited monthly downloads. There is no traffic management on our broadband, you will always receive unrestricted speeds, meaning the fastest available speed at your property at no extra charge! As an Option 1 Broadband customer you will also benefit from a 20:1 contention ratio, meaning a faster more reliable broadband compared to the standard 50:1 contention ratio with BT, Virgin Media and Talk Talk.
If you need broadband at your new property you will also need a router. We include an industry-leading wireless router (worth over £50) with your contract. A high specification router is also available at an additional cost of £20 if you are a home user who is connecting multiple wireless devices (e.g. gaming devices) to your home network and require additional wireless bandwidth.
Flexible 30 Day Contract*
Starting from six months you will receive a contract length of your choice. However long you are staying at your property for we can organise a contract for you. Whether it’s 7, 8, 13 or 15 you are not fixed into the usual set contracts (12, 18 or 24 months). Just let us know when you join us, how long you need a contract for. If you are not sure, choose a six month contract and we can extend it into a rolling monthly contract if you stay at your property.
Renting? If you choose a long term contract and use your break clause in your tenancy agreement - we will match it. You won’t pay the remainder of your monthly contract, but there may be installation fees payable, depending on the length of contract you choose.
If you are not sure you have your property yet, don’t worry, if your property falls through, you can cancel your contract with us - for FREE.
Brought a property? If you choose a long term contract and end up selling your property before your contract finishes, we can move your contract to your next property or you can cancel it. If you decide to cancel it - you won’t pay the remainder of your monthly contract, but there may be installation fees payable if you received free installation.
Unbeatable Calls
Our call costs save our customer on average, 84% savings on UK Landline calls (just 2p), 44% savings on Mobiles (just 10p) and over 90% savings on International calls (just 3p to call Australia). We have no call connection fee or no call set up fee. The price advertised is the price you pay, so no surprises each month! Just one simple monthly bill online.
Line Rental is automatically included in your package with Basic Voicemail and 1471. We include a telephone line, but that doesn’t mean you have to use it or even plug one in! There are no minimum charges for not using your house phone. If you are going to make calls take a look at our selection of home phones, that will be delivered to your chosen address ready for when your service starts.
Logging into your account on the website www.hometelecom.co.uk you will be able to view all your call data online daily. Making it quick and easy to see all the calls you have made each month - you don’t have to wait till the end of the month! The best bit about tracking your calls online is that you will notice the savings on your calls. We actually bill you per second, not per minute like other providers. With no rounding up you only pay for what calls you have actually made!
Premium Service
We aim to get your service in place by the time you move in. Broadband takes on average 10 working days to be installed at your property. The sooner you confirm your details, the more chance there is we can have your broadband ready on a date that suits you. If you are not sure the exact date when you are moving- just let us know.
At one point in your contract you will want to talk to a member of our team which is why we have a 24/7 UK Based Customer Service and Technical Support at the cost of a local call. Only 2p per minute.

Home Broadband Package - only £23 per month (including VAT)
The price of your Home Broadband Package will depend on the area / postcode of your new property and whether you are an option 1 or an option 2 broadband customer.
